Roasted Sweet Potatoes

A couple of weeks ago, I posted my recipe for Crispy Oven Fries, and while those are great to make with sweet potatoes, I sometimes like to change the flavors that I use with the sweet potatoes. This recipe uses cinnamon which always goes well with sweet potatoes, while also adding more savory spices so that they aren’t overly sweet.
Recipe
This recipe makes 2-3 servings, depending on the size of your sweet potatoes.
3 small sweet potatoes
1 tsp each: cinnamon, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt
Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. While the oven is preheating, cut sweet potatoes into wedges or cubes. Coat generously with olive oil and spices. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
